Staff Accountant

This is a hybrid 3 days/week onsite position. Open to locations outside of Santa Barbara, depending on candidate.

Responsibilities: 

• Emphasis in Accounts Receivable collections; including customer outreach for overdue invoices, posting payments, investigate and resolve invoice issues 

• Timely and accurate Payroll processing and administration  

• Support month end tasks and reconciliations 

• Assist Accounting department with projects or other duties as needed

• Ensure consistent application of company policies, procedures, documentation, and internal controls  

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 

• 3+ years of related experience 

• High standards regarding accuracy, attention to detail, integrity and ethics

• Strong Excel skills, Outlook and ERP system proficiency

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, fluency in English

• Ability to multi-task and work independently, organized, high degree of confidentiality, aptitude for problem-solving
