Sales Transaction Coordinator

The next step in achieving our mission is to expand our Order Management team. We are looking for a part-time Sales Transaction Specialist to join us. Potential for full-time in the future. Apply below.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with sales reps to process order requests of varying size and complexity in our CRM and billing systems

  • Ensure compliance with published sales and business approval policies

  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of bookings, customer invoicing

  • Be an advocate and partner to internal organizations by understanding the complex needs of the sales and revenue operations organizations

  • Drive process improvements to the current order process to improve sales rep experience as well as reduce overall processing time

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Ability to understand and follow complex, constantly evolving processes

  • High attention to detail and a drive to achieve high accuracy rates

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to work well with sales, operations, customer success, and accounting teams

  • Excellent work ethic and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a deal desk, accounts receivable, order management, or similar role

  • Ability to synthesize and articulate company-wide impacts of new systems or business processes

  • Passion for working with internal and external customers

  • Independent, highly motivated, and success driven approach to work

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
