We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our vibrant Swag Team.

This person is 110% trustworthy, has an impeccable eye for detail, and has a passion for making our customers' swag unboxing experiences fun and memorable. This person also hates being late, understands the importance of meeting deadlines and has great written and verbal communication skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone to lead and own our popular swag station, 25-30 hours a week. Hours are somewhat flexible but will be during M-F, 8-5. 

• Our Swag Superstars exquisitely package all of our swag orders, organize our swag store and communicate with sales teams to help deliver an amazing unboxing experience for our prospects and customers. 

• High School diploma or equivalent

Marketing Duties and Requirements

• Keep swag station organized and clean

• Package all outbound swag orders

• Restock returned swag packages

• Handwrite all cards included in swag packages

• Interface via slack, email and phone with sales teams to create a seamless swag experience for our prospects and customers

• Help brainstorm new swag ideas keeping our swag fresh and most desired in our industry

• Must be able to work in a warehouse environment and be on your feet for an hour at a time

• Must be able to lift 20 lb. boxes
